With a staff of twelve we ranked first among region's shops in traffic, NPS, land line connections and team spirit. During these 20 years I have employed and trained more than 50 people and were the pilot point for most of company projects.(e.g. All in one, Complaints Advocator, AIOS-SAP B1). In total we serviced more than a million subscribers’ requests and had over 13.500 net contracts.

Major achievements

Relocation and upgrading of the shop in 2007 multiplying size and capacity. In this important step I overlooked all aspects from location proposal to project management, to successful opening and operation.

Channels opening at the shop which helped us to increase profitability and most importantly secure it even during the crisis. Roles created for B2B Advisor, Internet Specialist, Tele-sales Advisor, Pre-pay Hunters and Family Advisors (D2D). Net contracts increased 3,5x.

Central commercial policy & KPI’s application with serious results in traffic (2x), client retention rate up to 83%, portability contacts up to 1% of traffic, and multi area award winner for NPS (over target and top 5%).
